HC76 Erw Pipe Making Machine:

HC76 high frequency straight seam welded tube mill is designed to produce welded round pipes of φ32~φ95mm in diameter and 1.5~4mm in wall thickness as well as square pipes, rectangular pipes and irregularly shaped pipes of corresponding size.

raw material(steel strip coil) --> double side uncoiler--> shear and end welder --> horizontal type strip accumulator --> forming unit --> high frequency welding--> burr removing frame--> water cooling sysytem--> sizing unit--> Turky head (straightener) --> computer controlled flying saw-->runout table
